Skins Returns!

Okay, so maybe just for three episodes.

The episodes entitled Skins Pure, Skins Rise and Skins Fire, will focus on former Skins characters Cassie, Cook and Effie.

Though I have now come to an age where I no longer have much interest in this show, it's nice to have a little catch-up with past characters, so I may give this a watch when it hits our screens in 2013

The curse of Zynga

As of  right now, to me Zynga is the devil. The world of Zynga has literally taken over my life and I need an out; before I get totally sucked in (if I'm not already sucked in).

As you may already know I love games, I'm not what you would call a hardcore gamer. But I do love games. It gives me a form of escapism to the mundaneness of the real world I guess.

Those that are unfortunate to be friends with me on Facebook, know that in the past 3 years I have become a sucker to the world that is Zynga. Any game that this social gaming giant pushes out, I'll admit I've at least tried once. They're so friggin' addictive and I have found myself constantly logging onto Facebook, just to see how my cafe is running and to see whether my crops have grown, it's a serious problem!

I've actually added quite a few 'friends' (complete strangers), just so I can advance in my Zynga journey, seriously, why?!?!?!?!

The games I'm playing at the moment are Cafe World (at Level 244), Pioneer Trail (at Level 51), Chefville (at Level 26) and Farmville 2 (at Level 9) *

As I write this post, I am in fact logged on and attempting to carry out a food mission that expires in 1 day, and I'm on step 3 of 4.

Seriously, I need help. I need to stop, this Zynga addiction is a real problem and I would really love to go back to use my Facebook account for what I initially set it up for...networking.

I only give thanks that, I have in no way parted with cash in order to advance; that is one line I never intend to cross.

Lana Del Rey - Ride

So my Girl Lizzie has dropped a new video/short film.
On first listen I wasn't too sure, its definitely a typical Lana track. But I've listened to it a few times now and its grown on me, it's definitely one of them mellow summer tracks. I love the chorus, makes me wanna get on the back of a motorbike myself.

In regards to the video, hmmm I dunno, I think I like it (except for the bits when she's kissing up on and frollicking with them old dudes). Ooh and the American flag makes another cameo (okay Lana we get it your a proud American).

Now off to research where the tyre swing that she swings on in the desert is, so I can have a go myself.

Where oh where?

If anyone can tell me where I can find these babies I will be ever so grateful.

I mean two of the greatest things ever invented, Bakewells and Trifles combined... yummy! Sweet treat Heaven!

I just love love love trifle. It's so delicious with it's creamy, custardly, cakey, fruity goodness. Oooh, it's just so yummy. I'm literally salivating at the thought of eating one right now.

Where did my love for this layered delight come from, I really don't know. All I do know is that ever since my mouth was graced with my first spoonful of the stuff, I've been obsessed. I loooooove it.

Seriously, anyone that brings me a trifle right now; I'm talking at least a 450g one, will literally be my best friend for life.

My goal by the end of the year is to learn how to make one. So if anyone out there is an expert trifle maker, hit me up on twitter @zainizzle and share some recipes.

It's a crazy zoo out there...

I've been interested in attempting my own nail art for a long time now.

So I invested in a nail pen, watched a few YouTube videos for inspiration and gave it a go.
