Yep, you heard right I am a glorified bread addict, I Googled it.
Ask all my friends and they will all tell you, all I ever eat is bread. I don't know when it started and I don't know why I'm so obsessed but bread now rules my life.
Maybe it's because of my love for sandwiches, I loooove sandwiches; I'm telling you put me in a room full of sandwiches and I'm in food heaven. I will literally try and eat them all and I'm not joking.
Maybe it's laziness, bread is just so quick and easy. You can butter a slice of bread and boom hunger is abolished. I'm telling you, I'd rather make a quick 2 minute sandwich over cooking a meal that takes 30 mins.
After realising how bad my addiction was (making a chicken sandwich at 2:30 am), I have decided that I am now ready to put a stop to my bread addiction and I am putting myself on a 21 day bread ban.
I came across this lil YouTube video that claims to help you control how much bread you eat.
I will let you know how my journey goes.
