10 Week Challenge: Day 1

So I've started this 10 Week Exercise Challenge that I saw on Twitter.



Hopefully I will make it past 10 weeks and make exercise a big form of my lifestyle.

Because I missed out on Monday I doubled my exercises today.

I did:
210 star jumps (jumping jacks)
50 crunches
50 vertical crunches
35 tricep dips
20 sit ups
30 second plank
10 push ups
110 Russian twists
50 bicycles
15 wall push ups

Yay me!
